Initiatives
• We provide peer mentoring to give younger students a chance to speak to someone to help them
• Head Boy and Head Girl drop-in sessions so people can suggest ideas for our school community
• Litter picking schemes so people can help to make our area a better and cleaner place
• Improving our school building
• New House Competitions
• Assemblies in Primary Schools to give students an idea of High School
• Outdoor space for Year 11's to be especially around exam season
• More charity events
• Quiet room for students who struggle with the environment of the lunch hall
Responsibilities
• School council meets each half term
• Head Boy and Head Girl meet with the SLT each half term to feedback from School Council meetings
• We help at school events like Parents Evenings
• We have lunch duties to keep order in the school at lunch
• We come up with initiatives
• We organise fundraising events
• We uphold and set standards for younger years to follow
