Not receiving School Emails

If you are not receiving emails from School, please check your junk and spam folders just in case the emails are getting delivered there instead of your inbox. We recommended that you add * to your approved sender list within your email. If you find emails from the school among your junk mail, you can mark the sender as safe.

1. Click on Settings and select More Settings.
2. Click Filters and then “Add a new filters”.
3. Enter a Filter Name.
4. Under Set rules, select “contains” and enter * in the filter value.
5. Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Save again.

1. Select Actions from the toolbar at the top of the screen.
2. Select Junk E-mail.
3. Select Junk E-mail Options.
4. Click the Safe Sender tab.
5. Click Add.
6. Type in the email address you wish to add to your safe sender list.
7. Click OK.

1. At the top of the page, select Settings.
2. Click Options.
3. Under Junk email, select Safe sender.
4. Enter *
5. Click add to list.
6. Click Save.
