Complaints Procedure

Should any parent/carer wish to make a complaint about the school's curriculum, this should be made in the first instance to the Principal. A document detailing the full complaints procedure is available for inspection on the school website.

School documents and DfE documents, Syllabuses, Schemes of Work, School Rules and other documents concerning the curriculum are always available at the school for inspection. The latest OFSTED inspection report is also available, but can equally be found on the school website.

School Website

The  School  website  is  Policies  and  information  about  the  school, particularly details on school closures for bad weather, or forthcoming events, will be posted on the site. The school will email or text parents with information or details of emergencies; please therefore ensure that we have any mobile phone numbers on the pupil admission forms that you will be given and it is essential we have your up to date email address.

Data Protection Act

The school complies with the Data Protection Act 1998.  This means that, among other things, the data held about pupils will only be used for specific purposes allowed by the law. Details relating to this information is circulated annually to parents under Fair Processing notices. If any parent requires further information relating to this, they should contact the school office.
