Heat 2 of the Kirklees Young Chef of the Year

Salendine Nook High School entered 3 students in Heat 2 of the Kirklees Young Chef of the Year competition. Jasmin Eastwood made a Peach and Raspberry Crumble with Peach Sauce. Hafsa Mukhtar made an indulgent Chocolate dessert. Courtney made a Pastry case filled with Lemon and Orange Curd, topped with Meringue. It was served with a Strawberry Sauce and Fresh Strawberries.

All 3 students were incredible and we are very proud of their efforts. Jasmin has been awarded a place in the finals! Well Done!
