October Half Term New York Trip report

A group of 40 pupils and 6 staff went to New York in October half term. The visit was a great success and staff and pupils alike had an amazing time. The highlight for many was the New York ice hockey derby between the New York Islanders and the New York Rangers. The game was played in a packed arena with a capacity crowd and the pupils definitely got into the spirit of things and really got involved with the chanting and singing. There were so many more highlights though and it certainly was an experience of a lifetime for the pupils who went.

The trip was such a success that Mr Curtis is already taking names for another visit to New York in 2015!
